A&O Studio’s business model is simple, flexibility and collaboration are the key principles guiding the new way of working. Both directors have the skillset to develop and create content and have already completed projects for Welsh Water, Green Bay Media and BBC Wales. .
A&O Studios Creative Producer Training Program.
The course is an intensive 12 week training programme focused on developing the next generation of creative producers. We are looking for 5 self motivated individuals with great core art and design skills who want to develop and produce their own original ideas. Successful candidates will be given a dedicated space within the school of art and design to develop their own concepts with advice and mentoring from industry professionals throughout. During the 12 weeks trainees will also work on industry briefs, produce and deliver content to industry standards and schedules. We are open to applications from artists, animators, illustrators, wanabee producers and writers.
There will be an extensive programme of talks and creative master-classes from some of the best producers, broadcasters, publishers, digital agencies and distributors in the UK. The program also focuses on licensing and merchandising and the business aspect of rights management and exploitation.
At the end of the 12 weeks trainees will pitch their ideas to our industry panel to seek further funding and a potential development deal with A&O or our industry partners.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your own ideas, create partnerships and gain top end industry contacts.

Mae’r cwrs yn 12 wythnos ddwys wedi ffocysu ar ddatblygu’r genhedlaeth nesaf o gynhyrchwyr creadigol.
Rydym yn edrych am 5 unigolyn sydd â sgiliau craidd celfyddydol da a’r hunan gymhelliad i ddatblygu syniadau eu hunain.
Fe fydd ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus yn cael gofod arbennig o fewn yr ysgol gelf a chynllunio i gynllunio a datblygu syniadau gyda chyngor a mentora cynhyrchwyr a gwneuthurwyr profiadol yn y diwydiannau creadigol.
Yn ystod y rhaglen fe fydd cyfle i’r hyfforddai weithio ar briefs o ddiwydiant a chynhyrchu cynnwys i safonau ac amserlen broffesiynol.
Mae’r cwrs yn agored i geisiadau o artistiaid, dylunwyr, animeiddwyr, ysgrifenwyr a chynhyrchwyr ifanc.
Mae yna raglen o ddarlithoedd a ‘Masterclasses’ creadigol gyda rhai o’r cynhyrchwyr , darlledwyr, cyhoeddwyr , asiantaethau digidol a dosbarthwyr mwyaf adnabyddus ym Mhrydain.

Fe fydd hefyd elfen fusnes pwysig i’r rhaglen yn ffocysu ar drwyddedu a marsiandïaeth a’r busnes o reoli ac ecsploetio hawliau deallusol.
Ar ddiwedd y rhaglen fe fydd yr hyfforddai yn gwneud pitch i’r panel proffesiynol i geisio codi arian ychwanegol a deal datblygu pellach gyda A&O a’n partneriaid.
